Severe weather is possible tomorrow morning (01/06) as showers and thunderstorms move into the area.
- Strong winds, heavy rains, frequent lightning, and an isolated tornado or waterspout are possible within any severe thunderstorm.
- Know what to do if a severe weather watch or a warning are issued for Pinellas County or your area.
- A Watch, such as a Severe Thunderstorm Watch or a Tornado Watch, mean that conditions are increasingly favorable for severe weather. Monitor weather conditions closely.
- A Warning, such as a Severe Thunderstorm Warning or a Tornado Warning, means that severe weather is actively occurring in that area or is about to happen. Go to a safe shelter area immediately.
