Pinellas County State Representative Berny Jacques Co-Sponsored The Sales Tax Holiday Bill

Consumers can purchase qualifying back-to-school supplies exempt from tax during the 2023-2024 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. Co-authored by Pinellas County's Representative Berny Jacques, passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the sales tax holiday began Monday, January 1, 2024 and extend through Sunday, January 14, 2024.
