Voters can go to any early voting site. In order to vote a regular ballot, voters are required to present both picture and signature identification. Voters who do not bring both types of ID will be required to vote a provisional ballot. In elections in the United States, a provisional ballot is used to record a vote when there are questions about a given voter's eligibility that must be resolved before the vote can count.
If you have questions about election integrity, you might feel better voting on a regular ballot v. a provisional ballot which is subject to later human intervention and determination before your vote counts.
